submitted by Tammy A. - |Recommended: YesIt is a nice place to live. — My 90-year-old mother lives here, and I couldn't be happier for her. She loves the neighbors and the staff. The new resident portal is less user-friendly and seems to eliminate the resident chat feature altogether. That part they should incorporate back into the portal, it created a sense of community. It also gave a place to post photos of residents' events, and it was fun to read and interact with.

submitted by Hugh D. - |Recommended: YesAnyway — Looked at a few apartment complexes and settle on Eastland Trails 3 Years ago. Just signed my 4th lease. Up until 3 years ago I haven't lived on my own for 20 some years. The staff made the transition seamless. A few bumps unruly neighbors along the way, but overall a great community. The pool, gym and overall grounds are well maintained. There's always going to be some neighbors that need to learn manors, but that goes without saying. Transferring to a larger 2 bedroom soon and Maddie made it simple and easy. I have looked and have been tempted to move. However, everything I looked at couldn't come close to all the Amenities that are provided at the cost I am paying. Unless they kick me out I will be a tenant for a few more years...
