|Recommended: YesAnyway — Looked at a few apartment complexes and settle on Eastland Trails 3 Years ago. Just signed my 4th lease. Up until 3 years ago I haven't lived on my own for 20 some years. The staff made the transition seamless. A few bumps unruly neighbors along the way, but overall a great community. The pool, gym and overall grounds are well maintained. There's always going to be some neighbors that need to learn manors, but that goes without saying. Transferring to a larger 2 bedroom soon and Maddie made it simple and easy. I have looked and have been tempted to move. However, everything I looked at couldn't come close to all the Amenities that are provided at the cost I am paying. Unless they kick me out I will be a tenant for a few more years...

|Recommended: YesLove it here — I love living at Eastland trails Everyone is so friendly including neighbors and staff. Love the socials they have including Saint Patrick’s day and summer pool day and patio contests Maintenance is the best in the Metro Thank you
